I went to go see a property over the weekend, when I phoned Jane back to let her know shortly after viewing the property, that I will be taking the place. I got the Lease agreement yesterday and told her that I will be going thought the lease that evening. I replied back with a couple of questions that same evening around the process and that they please need add another person's name to the lease agreement (which I did as previously, which was not done). They told me that they cant do it because the Lessor already signed the lease agreement, during this time I was getting all my documents ready the same day, when I got an email from them saying shortly after my last communication, sorry someone else signed the contract before you, how unprofessional is that!! Imagine I paid the deposit!!

I would advice you not to deal with this agency, because they conduct their business unprofessionally and is also not the friendliest people to deal with.
