To whom it may concern

I want to express my dissatisfaction in the manner that this situation has been handled. For the past year we have been cooperative and understanding with matters relating to the lease of our property even when certain clauses in the agreement were not respected.
In February this year we sent the an e-mail communicating our decision not to renew the agreement, this was ignored and the tenants were not informed. Etchells and Young were not aware of this until we called in May to get information. We signed a legal lease agreement that stipulates that after 12 months it will lapse and only on agreement will it continue, the latter was not agreed upon. I write this e-mail on June 03 2013, I still do not have access to my property... this is unacceptable. Every day that goes by I am losing money on that property, we have been more than understanding of the situation but we have lost our patience.
Mumtaaz has guaranteed that by tomorrow 04 June 2013 close of business we will have our keys, we ask that this happens as communicated.
I am so disappointed in Etchells and Young and I can assure you that people will know.
