The worst Property Agents

This estate agent that helped me and my Fiance to get a Town House in Randburg where very helpful in the showing of the Townhouses as soon as we had decided on the perfect place in Randburg, We then asked her to send us the paper work for this property that stage in Peppertree complex. I then filled out the paper work and send the papers back after about 2 weeks I had to call her asking what is happening as I told her we did gave notice at our current address. No word after 3 days there after she came back saying that another property agent had a two year lease on the property and that we can not move in. And demanded that I pay the R 650 admin fee. After that she never even try to get us a new place. 2 Days after that I saw that the same property where advertised in gumtree, still with me in the background of the image... Sneaky even took pictures the night we went to view this property... She even said that we can try for the Rent at R 6000.00. When she informed me via telephone that the other agent rented at R 6300. Now why would you then advertise the same property on gumtree. They are Liars just wanting your money.
