Refusal of deposit

We were given notice via sms from Casper Le Grange on 31 January 2013 stating that the property had been sold and we had to be out end February 2013. At this point my husband had no job so we had to take the first available house to ensure that we were not left homeless end February... This meant we had to move in immediately... 5 days after we moved out of the property 05 February 2013 the new owners moved in and so the Estate Agent Casper Le Grange decided that the new owners could stay the month of February on our R6600 deposit. Totally disgusted that this is the way in which so called professionals handle ones hard earned money... using our deposit to fit a months free stay... makes me wanna puke
