Just Letting
DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED

I rented a property from Just Letting Queensburgh, 52 St James. When my lease was about to expire the landlord advised that he will be moving back in so I found a new place one month before my lease could expire. I contacted Just Letting LAST WEEK IN NOVEMBER and advised them accordingly and moved out at the end of November. My Landlord moved in the week after and refunded my rent for December in cash less utilities as Just Letting had already debited my account for the rent. To date 27/01/2014 no out going inspection was done and my deposit has not been refunded even though the landlord had advised them that all is ok and they can go ahead and process the refund which was dated 20th December 2013. I have been in contact with them for the past month and keep getting excuses. For such a large organisation and with their adverts on radio etc I thought prospective tenants should be AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM JUST LETTING.
