Payment of my deposit not done

I used to be a tenant in one of the flats managed by Zelri. I moved out on the 30th December 2013. On the last email from Lizelle she said i will get my deposit within 7 working days. To date i havent received my deposit and they are playing hide and seek with me. I was told they dont pay back deposit on but i didn't believe as my account is paid up. One of their employees confirmed that n even suggested i do a sit in their offices of which i think itd rediculous. I was paying them on time. I dont see a reason why they dont pay back my deposit. Im tired calling them n leaving messages n they dont have audecity to return my calls or respond to my emails. I have done my part. Can they do their part???
