Service is a joke

So there was this nice 2 bedroom apartment available at Caz a blanca in Benoni in which a friend and I were interested in. At first he tried to get in contact with them, sending mails etc. Eventually they gave him the contact details for the property manager named Jonathan. He either never picked up his phone or it went straight to voicemail. So after about a week and a half I tried to get in contact. I eventually got a hold of your offices and was told Jonathan would contact me back, he never did. Finally last week we heard from Jonathan asking us to fill in an application form and send it through, we did so. Asked Friday for an update, as well as this morning. Nothing. Eventually Christine informed me on the Facebook page that they already have a new applicant. Prime letting is by far the worst agency we have ever worked with, it feels like we should be doing your job by following up the whole time about the progress. Not even that but the fact that no one can answer a simple question like 'Are there ADSL lines available on this property? ' How can you sell/rent a property without even knowing what's going on? Absolute horrid experience with this agency
