NO COMMUNICATION - DISGUSTING SERVICE

I used the above agency to as the letting agent for the property that i own in Benoni. From day one there were dodgy incidents, the original agent that i dealt with was later fired due to a drug problem, and this was were it all began!!!
I requested that the Tennant be given notice as i was going to be moving back into my property - the garden was in a shocking condition, the garage door was broken, the electric fence was broken, there was damages inside the house too. The agents in question used the tennants deposit as payment for the last month rent - if that wasnt bad enough, i recieved in the post yesterday a final notice for rates and taxes from the council for the amount R3640.00!!!
this was never paid over to the agency as per our agreement - after having a meeting with the principal, i have basically been told that all the repairs, outstanding bills etc is for my account - needless to say that the tennant still has a full set of housekeys with gate remote for my property...

DO NOT EVER USE THIS AGENCY TO LOOK AFTER YOUR PROPERTY NEEDS!!!

i intend on taking further legal action against them as well as the tennant for damages and costs incurred!!!
