Not returining mails, sms'e or phone calls

Yesterday I phoned the Era Centurion branch to speak to Gail Carreira who is the agent who rents out property. The receptionist took my number as well as my contact details and said that Gail will be contacting me. Later I e-mailed Gail myself asking her to please contact me as we are urgently wanting to view a property of hers. Still no feed back I asked my husband the evening to contact and see if he has any luck. She did not answer but phoned back. They spoke and she said she will contact me the following day to let me view the property. So halfway through the day I send her a message asking whether she knows when we will be able to view the property, and yet again no response. Not even a call to say she is working on it or anything. This is by far the worst service I've ever come across. The very least she can do is to stay in contact with clients about when they will be able to view a property.
