Nice building Bad Service

I was needing accommodation for July, and the Cbd was my first choice. The nicest buildings belong to City Prop so it made sense to apply with them and pursue one of their flats. I viewed the flats, and was helped by wonderful building managers at Tali's Place and the Brooklyn, then proceeded to apply for a flat at Tali's Place. There was 1person behind the counter helping us, on the last Saturday of the month. I left my application on Sat, and was told to expect a response by Mon. I called on Mon afternoon - no response. Emailed. No Response. Left Messages. No Response. Went to the office 1st thing on Tues morning, my application had not been submitted. Was then told it would be done that morning and to expect a response latest 11:00. Again, the calls, messages and the tweets. No response. Eventually Tues Afternoon, I decided to use another company to assist with accommodation and by Wed midday my application was approved. I eventually got a call at 20h30 Wed night from City Prop telling me the flat I'd applied for was taken, and that I had to go view another flat! With the other company, I was able to download & email my application, they called me to update me on my application.
