HORRIBLE delays and Customer Service from MTN!!!

On the 2nd of February, I submitted an application for an MTN contract with your Braamfontein store. After a long ordeal, details of which i cannot go into now because of time, I was told to go to the Morningside store as the Braamfontein store does not have stock of the device I want. This was on Saturday the 2nd March, a full calendar month from the day of my first application, and after wasting a lot of time and money going up and down to the Braamfontein store to enquire on the status of my application.

At the Morningside store I was helped by a Consultant who informed me that I had to start the application process over again. He informed me that I would get a response on whether or not my application was approved on that same day (Saturday) or on Sunday. It is now Monday morning, and I still do not have a response.

When I send messages to your Twitter account, I get responses very late, often the next day. I need my situation attended to as a matter of urgency as this has been going on for a while now. All these delays are simply unacceptable.
