Only Rentals
ONLY RENTALS - BAD SERVICE

We have been with only rentals since November 2012. In this time, we have had our power cut 3 times, even though we pay every month. last time it was off for 5 days. Due to this, our meat etc. in a fully stocked deep freeze and fridge went off. Damages to the tune of R4000. I was told to get the slips together as they will reimburse us. Having found only a few of the slips that added up to R1600 - a far cry from the R4k I sent it to Only rentals and was told that the dates etc. don't show and they will not be reimbursing us. I'm no "skelem' and wouldn't claim for things that we didn't have! They are always passing the buck, they are HEAD OFFICE after all and SHOULD take responsibility! We've had nothing but issues with this estate agency, and we will be going to papers etc. Enough is enough. We are still sitting with open deep trenches in our back garden, and a electric gate that is still not working, yet WE pay our dues every month. DISGUSTING!
