Disgusted with service

I applied for a flat I was really intersted in, I emailed all the documentation and just waited to get feedback.
24 hours later I called the office and I was told that the flat had already been taken. I asked why I was not notified and all I got was "uhm Im sorry" After asking probing questions I got told that a woman who was also intersted in the place went to their offices, applied there and immediately got the flat. My application wasnt even processed because the consultant dealing with my application wasnt even in the office when I sent my application to him! So I paid R200 for nothing!

This is very poor service!
