WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I have never in my life received the shocking service like I did from Daleglen Properties.

I went to view the flat a month ago, the flat was advertised on Gumtree two weeks ago.
We send our application through two weeks ago, they told us they will come back to us in three days.

I have phoned them several times after I have sent the application through.
The lady advised me that we are the first to apply for the flat and that they first need other people to view the flat before they can send it through to the owner, which I know is not true.

Yesterday was the viewing of the flat and we thought we would go as well, just to see how much more people are interested. We sat outside waiting for the estate agent, with five other people from 16:30 until 18:30.
The estate agent never pitched for the viewing and I think that is truly PATHETIC!!!

This morning I phoned, hoping that we maybe got the flat. The lady told me that the flat was signed for a week ago already, but they told me that other people first have to view the flat before they can go ahead with our application. I asked her why they did not pitch for the viewing, she said but they knew the flat was taken, so they did not go.
