You follow the rules, you keep within your contract, you pay your rent, you treat people with the respect they are due AAAAAND they turn around and extort money from you.

Being charged R1500.00 for 'admin costs' on your final account.

HUH? i'm told its for ..."I do believe that we are reasonable here ."... "The admin charge is due to the Inspection done before the contract has expired, advertising and etc."...

HUH? Nothing in my contract about that... surprise surprise!!! I found a new tenant on my OWN account... and please, how can you charge me for doing an inspection?? don't you need to do one before the new guys move in anyway??? *Reasonable you say, who decides that???

I reference a few points of my contract in defence aaaand her story changes, now its for some other cost... I contact my legal adviser and am referred to the housing tribunal... pass this information over to this agency and receive this response...

"I am not going to have a fight backwards and forward with this we can move forward and I will do the payment as soon as you are in agreement with me."

Wouldn't you call that bullying???
