Electricity cut off

I am not very happy with the service I am getting from you guys at Calgro.

1. On the 31st my water was cut off with no prepaid water cuts given to us only on the 1st after bridging the water.
2. On the 2nd my electricity got cut off due to falls wiring.
3. On the 21st again my electricity kept on tripping on the Earth Leakage switch and had to phone the electrician with my airtime to come the following day to check what was faulty. As I called him back he gives me feedback that the whole block has no power so he couldn't check it.

If we are going to be using prepaid electricity no cards/key pad machines were issued to us or informed in time that this was going to happen. If this is the case I want this sorted before I get home tonight and even that prepaid key pad machine or card must be loaded on your account as we have electronic appliances that could get damaged and you will not reimburse us for them. Firstly I have no idea what time this cut off was done and what time it will be fixed, we have fridges that has to be on 24/7 and food will get spoilt.

This issue has to be sorted by COB today.
