Pathetic Rental Warehouse

The unit that I currently vacate was managed by a very efficient individual until rental warehouse took over! They never informed me or tried to get in contact with me to inform me that they are managing the unit from December 2013 although they to the owner that they did. I had to get in contact with various people to find out that they do. Sent multiple emails on 06/01 and eventually got hold Heleen who finalized the invoice on 08/01 after me quering the electricity amount not being displayed which she corrected and apologized for. i did advise her i will make payment on 11/01 the latest as i might not get time on a weekday which she agreed on. 10/01 i get home to find the electricity has been cut off-with no notice. Kevin informs me as the rent was not paid. is this how rental warehouse operates. their website says they operate with integrity and fairness-quite the opposite. Numerous calls and sms's to Kevin were pointless as he has a don't care attitude-and informs me that it is my duty to know who's managing the place!? Pathetic to say the least! how must i pay an account with no account details or invoice amounts or who to pay?
