I ordered a set of blinds from Finishing Touches through Builder's Warehouse on the 02/03/2013 and paid a 50% deposit with installation. The turnaround time for delivery is 10 - 15 working days. Almost 5 weeks later and numerous follow up calls, I eventually get a call that the blinds are ready. I've then asked Builder's Warehouse to send me their banking details to pay the balance of the invoice and to date am still waiting. The most recent call being to Gordon at Builders Warehouse on the 24/04/2013 who assured me that I would receive an email with all the details, nothing received. He told me that my cell number was transferred over incorrectly, even though it's correct on the invoice and the blue copy that I have retained, even though my land line number is there, no one has bothered to call me either and truthfully... I am so tired of calling Builders Warehouse and listening to empty promises and staring at my blind free bathroom window... I would love to experience something that resembles customer service and integrity on delivery of a promise.
