Rental Warehouse
Always an issue with deposit

I rented a unit from Rental Warehouse in the Westrand, in January - funny enough - 2 of my windows in 2 of the rooms fell off the hinges almost falling from the second floor (once which would have fell into the road just before the entrace gate). with this incident one of the windows broke. I had to call Jan from nr 2 who is the handy man to help me pull the windows back and call Heleen from Rental warehouse immediately to have them fixed asap. Heleen got a gentleman out to have a look and he stated that the frames where put in poorly and will have to be redone. I followed up with Heleen a few days later and she mentioned that they body corp needs to revert on if they are paying or not, not a word after that. Now Kevin is trying to force me to pay for the damaged window due to wear and tear and i am not willing. I strongly suggest everyone that is looking at renting with them looks for alternatives as he seems to think the law is on his side at all times which it is not.
