WITHOUT HUMAN RIGHTS

We are 6 tenants in a house made in 6 flats. We all received 1 month notice to vacate the premise because of some Court Order selling the place. In this economy it is difficult to find the right place in such short time and if you can't pay deposit you will not get the place. The Landlord, Stephanus Johannes Gouws has everyone's deposit. In good faith I decided not to pay the last month's rent because I had to pay it to the new place for a deposit and the Landlord still has my deposit, same as the rental. Humanly wise I thought it was the correct thing to do. He was always friendly until he found out I did not pay my rent. Thursday 7 March 2013 he cut my electricity. I had to make plan with my meat and other stuff the Friday morning. He never make plan to fix of restore my electricity. Well no one can live without power. So the Saturday I started packing and wash dirty laundry by hand while packing until dark. I went in the Sunday again to finish all the packing. With my entrance there on 10 March 2013 I found that he also cut my water & told me to get water from the pool. So now I have no water and no electricity but he has my deposit, same as the rental. It is inhumane.
