Rude and unhelpful agents

The agents at this agency are very rude and are not willing to help their clients.
I have had many experiences with them with regard to letting a property, where they have cut the call on me, refused to answer my calls or respond to emails. They also go back on their word once an agreement is made and claim that they can not take a verbal agreement into account. I would never use this agency.
