Rental nightmare!

I have been renting property through the Justletting Berea branch in Durban since July. Absolute nightmare. They let out the flat I had already paid for and I had to move into a flat with no cupboard. Then I had to chase them for a refund due to me. The building does not have a manager or supervisor & the agents refuse to give me the landlord's contact details. Whenever I report problems to the agents (and there have been many) I have to chase them for feedback & they will have no issue telling me there is nothing they can do. I now have neighbours who use the passage by my bedroom window as a sitting area, bringing camp chairs and spending most of the day there. I can hear every single conversation and can't hear my tv. I have sent written complaints to the agents with no response. And because I don't have the landlords contact details I can't file a complaint with the rental housing tribunal. And yet every month they debit rent, & I'm sure if my rent is late they would take action. I'm at the point where I have blocked the rent debit order since I'm being treated as if they are doing me a favour.
