Totally unprofessional service agent/principal etc

Had a bad experience with just letting (Krugersdorp)
I discussed with the letting agent what period I wanted to rent my property and what special conditions should be written on my rental agreement. I did not have my reading glasses with me so I signed the contract and got my contract via email about a week later - only to find that the letting agent had misled me. Instead of 12 months she had written 24 months and no special conditions written there. I phoned the agency, left messages no one got back to me. After I told head office that I had enough of this and I gave them till 1pm to get back to me then the principal got back to me around 4pm. Told him my story (as he said he did not know anything about it - that is after head office sent them about 6 email's) he said he would get back to me. Result... I paid for all their service up FRONT so that was that.

So if you pay the agency all their money upfront...

THEY NO LONGER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU - NOT EVEN TO RETURN YOUR CALLS.

Terribly disappointed with the agent unprofessional service and the feedback I got from the principal of the agency and head office
