Let down by Letting Agency

Numerous e-mails sent to resolve matters, but no reply is received.
The first month into my stay at the new house, electricity was disconnected in error due to 'mis-communication' with the Owner and Letting agency, leaving me as the Tenant in a predicament
The second month into my lease, I find out that there is no WATER account registered for the property as the owner failed to do this, the letting agency once again evading my many emails to resolve this.
The second month into my lease, I'm told as the Tenant I will be accountable for the ARMED RESPONSE with Blue security only, while the Owner remains the account holder. I had to follow up with Blue, not the LEtting agency. Earlier this week, I get a call from blue security that the Owner has CANCELLED the entire Blue account and the full bill is to be levied to the Tenant. THIS WAS NOT WHAT I ANTICIPATED FOR. To this day I have had NO feedback from anyone at the Westville branch regardless of my e-mails sent to them.

I've had nothing but bad luck since I've been dealing with them.
