Rve Letting/selling Agent
I need my rental deposit back!

I rented a property from RVE. Now after 2 years I'm moving out and struggle to get my deposit of 1 and a half month's rent back. They do not have a valid reason to keep it, but they use all kind of excuses NOT to pay it back. According to them, I'm responsible for damages in the big house behind my flat. I did stay in the big old house for 3 weeks. Because they were busy fixing my shower (for the THIRD time). They did not do an inventory before I moved and now I'm liable for the damages in and around the house. The owner's daugther stayed there and I know they did the damages. I did ask for pholygraphs, but they just ignored my mails and requests. I'm liable for a half broken Weber, a dirty garden (i do have pics of the garden - neat!), I must replace an old power/plug box at swimmingpool, because it broke (it is wear and tear from the sun etc.) I must replace an oven pan from the gas stove that I used for 1 month (the stove was 2nd hand, cause when I opened it, it was full of plastic bags and cat litter.) They ignore ALL my mails and requests. I just need my FULL deposit back. I'm not prepaired to pay other people's damages.
