Cheated out of rental deposit monies

The Landlords at this Lodge have cheated me out of some of my rental deposit monies by wrongfully charging for visitors (my 2 sons) to an apartment which I have rented from them for a year. They have incorrectly in my view applied their House rules to justify these charges and subsequent to my departure now even changed their rule to attempt to cover up what was previously allowed. They have moreover completely ignored the concept of "fair wear and tear" to the point they have used my monies to upgrade the apartment beyond the point which I received it. They were not willing in my presence to review the inventory list instead did so completely at their own discretion. They further give no regard to the tenants right to privacy and are frequently entering tenants premises (including mine) outside of their rules and I believe our statutory rights. In a nutshell I believe they are attempting to have as tight a set of rules as possible for which they now try to hide behind, failing to recognise tenants rights and acting wrongfully when finalising tenants accounts
