Disappointing Service

Complaint: Cracked bedroom walls, cracked outside walls (roof area) and faulty doors

I phoned the call centre on the 18th in the morning around 10:40 spoke to Velisa reported the above mentioned complaint and I was reassured that a handy man will come and assist me.
Guess what? No one came. I the client phoned back on the 21st and around 9 spoke to spoke Vanessa who again promised to look into my query and dispatch someone to assist. I again phoned the call centre the same day around 12 to follow up on the Handy man dispatched to assist as no one turned up I again spoke to Velisa who promised to investigate and call me back, she then investigated and phoned me back in a minute to again assure me that she has again assigned someone to assist. A guy named Lufono came to my house to assess the damage and subsequently took down my mobile number and promised to fix the damaged area and give feedback
I'm still waiting for the "Manna from heaven to fix my two month old house

I'm extremely disappointed and appalled by the level of service or should I say the "lack thereof customer service
