My ADSL Line is faulty from 17th December 2013 (Both my line and Internet). I logged a call on the 17th. I made follow up on the 18 & 19 and I have been told my query has been sent to technicians. On the 20th O spoke to Blanche at Cape Town area which she took my details and promised to call me. On the 23rd I spoke to Yogan at JHB area which he said the same thing "I will give you a call as soon I find out about the query". Again on the 26th I spoke to Blanche, I told her of the bad service she is giving me. She apologised and promised to call me. Neither of these supervisors bothered to give me a call to update me on my query. I tried my best to do follow ups on a daily basis with the consultants which they only escalated my query. The management is so pathetic and not honest to their clients. I am very much disappointed with the poor service I am getting from Telkom. I have been a loyal client for years at Telkom and like it as my service provider but the service is so BAD.
