Bad service from the company

Iam so furious with rba as we moved into our house in feb this year and we had to fight the the keys to be given to us and when we got there the house was not even perfect the roof tiles where not all put up and the window seals had holes in it the paint in the house was a one coat the water metre is outside the yard in the street and our agent Kagiso promised that all this will be fixed and as per rba policy they need to fix everything in the first six months of us occupying the house and nothing has been done i called in the call centre and spoke to Felencia or felicia and was promised that the problem will be fixed in the next 48 hours and still nothing has been done rba and i wouldnt suggest people to sign up with them really they do not have service at all!
