CSI Properties Behavior?

In the scheme of things my money counts little towards CSI Properties. I get that. What i don't get, is the sheer abrasive, intolerant and dismissive attitude of their staff and in particular agent "Tracy".

I saw a townhouse for renting in Castleview Stone Arch. Called the lady to view the place. After being unable to secure an appointment because her schedule could not changed to suit a potential tenant, i re attempted to find a better time. This time Tracy told me that i cannot view the place BEFORE a credit check is done on me. Asked why would that be necessary, i am viewing only, in any case this should be done AFTER viewing & only once i have registered interest in renting. my email my not responded to. Tracy is the only Agent responsible for the area so any chance of being assisted by someone else is non existent.

I called the CSI branch for castleview to complain, zilch happened. This month i went to their office to inquire on available rentals, was not greeted as i came in and the receptionist''s head was down. I inquired on available for January '14, was told that why ask in November, told to return December. database? files? nothing.? you tell me.
