My partner and I shortlisted 6 properties in Centurion which fulfilled our simple requirements (neat, 120m2 . modern, Centurion)

After unsuccessfully trying to contact Johan Hatting via phone call, he sent me an SMS to confirm a viewing. I tried to phone him, AGAIN unsuccessfully, in order to explain that two properties we shortlisted were both advertised by him. I wanted to find out if we could view both properties, saving us both time (my partner would fly to Ghana in a few days, and we'd both have liked to secure a place as soon as possible)

I had to then convey this message via SMS, which is when he suggested we 'cancel' our appointment because I seemed unsure about the location, move in date and price. It seems that Johan is unable to comprehend that some clients could have a flexible budget as well as occupancy date. Both properties were in Centurion (SAME AREA)

Again I tried to phone, in order to explain that we weren't wasting his time, were in a hurry to view due to my partner's flight, Centurion is perfect and we have a flexible budget. No such luck.

The complete prejudice is unfathomable. a TIP, Johan, ANSWER your PHONE, like a professional would.
