Reposed house people do not want to move out

I bought the house in 2007 which it was advertised in Sowetan newspaper by the agencies my sales man then was Sthembile the company was call Ariano cc i phoned they reply we did everything they when with me to see few houses that i was qualifying for in Lakeside but we didn't get inside those houses i didn't suspect anything, they went to Absa bank for me i was approved everything seemed in order they call me to view the house iqualified for we went but did not go inside the guy explained to because its the reposes house there's people still inside we went inside but people inside the house did not open for us but they explain to me i mustn't worry their attornes will sort that out for me ofcourse they phoned me i went and i signed they told me they going to apply for a eviction order it went on and on everytime when i called them they told me they are failing to evict the people from that house then i also stopped paying but now it is on my name and I'm on credit bearue due to that house when i phone Absa trying to explain they told several timese they putting the house on auctio. I want absa to clear my name or they absa to repose the house to clear my name out of credit beaurer.
