RDP HOUSES BETTER THAN COSMO PROJECTS

I have just moved in one of Cosmo houses and I cannot believe its already cracked all over.
The company is a business as they use all cheap material to build our so called investment homes. I'm really dissapointed about how everything is falling apart in less than 2 years. The houses are cracking already and the electric plugs are not working or its the doors that are cracked. If its not this then it will be the other, windows not closing as tight as they should. To top it all, the service from their offices stinks, their service/repair guy is soo arrogant, very rude attitude. I cannot believe that when I bought my home I thought I was making an investment. Well I'm loosing out now because according to them, it's out of warranty. Well, here's how- after a year of accupying the proprty, anything that goes wrong with the house is your problem. Regardless if it was due to a mulfunction that was created by the negligence or cheap material or any defects that you might expereince are yours to deal with. RDP houses are build with better quality that this. They stand for at least 5 year sbefore they start cracking and a Cosmo house that costs more R300K is falling apart in 2yrs?
