Bad quality houses from Cosmopolitan. Fallen ceili

I bought a house through the Cosmopolitan projects in August 2013, I moved in the house in Protea Glen ext 27 middle September 2013 and by November the roof gutters were falling off, the inside walls were cracking and by end December my ceiling is about to fall off due to roof leakage. As I write this email to you, my ceiling fell off yesterday 2nd February 2014. I have been calling and reporting the matter since November but till this day I have not been assisted at all. Every time I call I speak to Matys who is the project Head he tells me he will give me feedback which I have never received. Whenever I call I am told they are still investigating instead of just sending people to fix my roof, gutters and cracking wall. It's so sickening to know they followed up during the process of the application and once the bond went through they neglect their customers. now I am told that it's not their responsibilities but I don't understand why I have to pay for something they are responsible for.
all hope is gone now and I feel Cosmopolitan House projects is ripping people off their hard earned monies. I am paying a bond of R3900 per month.
