The BIGGEST and UNPROFFESSIONAL AGENCY!!!

DIC homes is a huge disappointment ito service and professionalism. I had problems with the property I rented from them from day 1. The only reason I stayed at the property for 3 years is I ended up engaging the owner directly due to poor service. In short I received a debt collection email accusing me of being overdue on an account I never received. Since moving out in May 2013 I havent received a statement of account detailing my deposits and the costs of repairs & the balance. Now my name is dragged in the mud because of these and incompetent bunch who never even conduct an inspection when you move in despite the many requests put forward to them. They are however very quick to conduct a move out inspection as this is an opportunity for them to make money out of people for themselves. The costing of the repairs which I questioned were unbelievable. I disputed most of them and got the quotation reduced by half from an astonishing R11570. I never heard from them since the dispute till now. They are nothing but incompetent opportunists I would NEVER recommend this agency to my worst enemy. Spare yourselves & look elsewhere for credible service & ethical business practices!
