I feel I have been robbed of my hard earned money

On my deposit refund there is a deduction of R888.10 for water and sewerage that I already paid for, and for carpet cleaning! Nowhere in the contract does it state that a company have to steam clean the carpets, I have my own carpet steam cleaner and did this myself! It also states I paid a deposit of R3733.32 but this is also incorrect, I paid R3850! I paid for postage for 19 months but received e-statements (R142.88 worth) - never got this back. With no warning after 2 years I had to all of a sudden pay sewerage, no one could explain to me why after I phoned a million times. April 2013 - June 2013 R47.51 debt collectors fees was charged to me for no reason as I always pay way in advance - not refunded. April 2013 I was overcharged by R329.73 - no one could explain how and why! After I submitted my termination of tenancy, random people started phoning me to view the property with no warning from trafalgar, no curtesy call asking if it will be ok to give potential tenants my number or if I mind to show them the place because the person that is suppose to show the property don't feel like driving from Cape Town to Somerset West! I showed over 60 people the place in my own time!
