Roger Tomkenson doesnt want to give my deposit bac

I had a lease with Hall Real/ Roger Tomkenson for a year, renting at number 22 Japonica Mews Ilala street Mayberry Park. I gave them 2 months notice that I will be moving out at the end of September and I paid half of my monthly rent and the electricity. For all the months that I stayed in this property I have been depositing the money direct to the owner (Roger Tomkenson), unfortunately last rent I paid it direct to the agent (Hall Real) and the agent told me about the mistake and they told me that they rectified it with the owner. Now the owner doesn't want to pay back my deposit he says he never received anything form the agent. From the agent's side I don't see them making any effort as I signed the lease with them and if Roger is a he is also dragging their name down to the drain. I am very upset with this old man - and I heard that this is what he does when people move out of his flats. I am going to make sure that I tell everyone what type of a business man he is.
