A long story short,

He pretends to act on his company name. Rents your property from you with a portion of the rent money, but never pays again. He then rents out rooms on your property to other occupants, which pays him monthly rent but owner never sees a cent. My mom cannot pay her bills in Cape Town as this is the only salary she depends on a month and she struggles to get rid of him. This does not bother someone like Juan, he has done this plenty of times before and would even do his own mother in, although in this case she acts on his behalf as his "legal Representitive" which is a load of. There are other compaints on Hello Peter posted by people who has also been sca mmed in the past

Someone from the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs Board) should do something. This type of thing is is making their industry look bad.
