Wrong Information/No Answe

The agent didn't hand me out the exact address of the apartment I was supposed to view, after asking her several times.
My partner phoned her to get the address and she just denied that i ever send her an email. Even though she did reply to tell meabout the time, but with no address.
Not just that she was being rude she also gave us the wrong Telephone number for the person we were supposed to meet and did after that never replied to my email nor to my Phone calls.

It is just a pitty for the apartment owner who probably doesn't know that they are messing around with future tenants.
