Visited Sunnyside branch to collect copy of contract, make follow up on reported damaged door and to collect remote for gate. First point of entry at reception two ladies are unproffesional they dont value clients, you ask question they answer you with attitude and continue with their conversation. At first floor lady who works with collection of remotes, her servive was not quick and accurate and made me feel like she is doing me a favour but i quickly reminded her why she was there. Then highlight of the day KAREL! That guy he is so full of it, asked him about progress of reported damaged door and he had a nerve to tell me cant i read! Didnt i read a contract! How come in this day and age i dont utilise technology "email" honestly who on their right state of mind tells a client that rubbish??? But I was not astonished because thats service i got from day one.

THAT BRANCH CLINTELE IS BLACKS BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPECT FOR THEM!!! SERVICE IS RIDICULOUSLY POOR. THEY NEED TO BE EXPOSED
