I went to MasterParts in Bellville for supplies there was a long line. I just followed in the line with my husband while in the line for ten minutes the door banged in to my left arm. I then got a shock because the door moved. There was no indication that it was a electronic door. I could not see due to the door standing open the whole time. Then I waited till I got served nd then advised the assistant about the door cause my arm pulled num and my neck pulled stuff. Then the Branch Mang. came and had attitude in front of the other customers in the shop after I advised him what happened. He try to dispute that the door knocked into me so I told him to check his camera then he came back after a while and said sorry nd told me to send a compliant to his email. He didnt even ask if I was ok. Then I called the head office to advise them what happened then the MD said: "couldn't U read its a electronic door U must get a dictionary if U cant read. Send ur bill nd i will send it to my insurance. I told him I hav med aid. He was very rude telling me he will sue me if i try and slander his business, after I said I will put them in the papers.
