Sleeping on the floor because of Barnetts

On the 27 December 2013 I bought a bed for R 5000.00 cash at Barnetts store in Mankweng Branch. I made it clear to them that i want to collect bed at Moratiwa branch which is in sekhukhune District. After all the paper works and payment made the Branch manager said He will send my invoices to Moratiwa branch so that they can reserve the bed for me. On the 31 December i sent a vehichle which i paid to collect the Bed to my suprise when they arrive there they said they have not received anything from Mankweng branch and they also dont have that kind of bed i bought in stock i should check in the new year.

On the 06 January 2014 I went to Moratiwa branch to collect my bed and to my suprise they said they havent received any communication from Mankweng branch. I imidietly took my phone and phoned Mankweng brach and they spoke to Moratiwa brach which agreed it will help me. Unfortunately they was one bed left which was damaged (Scratched on the Base and Matress). The Manager at Moratiwa told me that thay currently dont have that bed in stock and even at their Storing place (Warehouse) in Groblersdal.

I am very dissapointed at this kind of dont care attitude by Barnetss staff
