Pathetic LINDI - how do u treat a customer!!!

Firstly i phone Huurkor in Sunnyside to enquire about a property i saw online, i have phone several times and there were no answer. I phoned the Hatfield branch where a lady referred me to Lindi (black Lady) who will be able to assist, i phoned 012 400 8701 and she answered. I gave her the reference number and she told me the unit were taken, she said i must sent an email requesting the latest properties available in the Waverly Area, quickly i have asked her if there is no 1 bedroom places available as this is very urgent - and she dropped the phone in my ear, you could hear in the background everyone working there were laughing and joking around and no work was being done! this is pathetic... especially YOU LINDI _ is this how you treat your customers, i hope U get a warning and that your big boss gets this complaint, you are not worthy of a job and especially not in the property business... BAD NAME FOR HUURKOR
