From the beginning, bad service

My inspections list was never reviewed, even after complaints about paint and plaster pulling of the walls. a repaint was promised from April, nothing happened. The place was supposedly cleaned before I moved in. Bad job as i had to pay R500 out of my own pocket to get it cleaned properly. after moving out, they took R480 off my deposit to clean again. The cleaner clearly does not know his job. he doesn't do half of the work the cleaners did that i paid for. they do not respond to emails, only if they want to know something. The NEVER come back to you after a phone call. Just horrible service from beginning to end.
I will NEVER make use of any Huurkor branch ever again.
It seems that they do not even respond to complaints on HelloPeter. what is the use?
