Huurkor dishonest

I moved into a Huurkor unit in July 2012 and moved out 22 Desember 2012, NO INSPECTION WAS DONE on moving in OR out. But now I am held responsible for all the damages in the unit, this is after I asked for an inspection via email on more than one mail. but now inspection was scheduled... R6640.00 for holes in walls and dirty carpets!!! which was like that when I moved in. I will NEVER recomend Huurkor to anyone. I have never come about as many don't care people in my life, does these people have no pride in what they do...
I would be ashamed to admit if I was employed by Huurkor.
