Heartless, Selfish and Inconsiderate

I moved in Johannesburg last year August and has been since staying on city property, which was ok. And now I have been offered a job in Pretoria and would need to move in there to be closer to work and considering financial constraints that can result from travelling everyday while I'm renting anyway. To my great shock by city property's heartless, selfish and inconsiderately harsh penalties that. If I move out I must still pay 2 months rent plus R1040.00 fee. Where are your customer care and client service functions? Do you care about your client or just money? I'm more than disappointed on your profit oriented strategies, I wonder what are your organisational values...
