Beware if Impact Estates rent your property

I noticed various complaints from tenants that contracted and rented property via Impact Estates. I was "privileged" to have the owners of Impact Estates - Marthie and Gerald Farmer as tenants of my property. The rent was always late, always excuses and delays... so similar to other complaints. The only difference was that where they are normally issuing "final demands" to customers and delaying in paying out deposits... I was on the other side. My final demands and requests to pay on time was ignored!!!
I addition they signed a contract for 12 months and opted to move out before the time due to medical reasons and then did not pay the last months' rent. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away... both from renting through their agency as well as renting your property to them
