Poor service

I do not rent any place with City Property but I was considering to rent one since they own almost the whole of Pretoria but due to all the complaints i see here, especially about lifts and delayed deposit refund i am really scared. Why does meter reading take so long? and how do they expect you to pay your deposit for your new place if they keep your deposit for for that long. i find this very unfair, seems like you guys take advantage of your clients's vulnerability. I just wish our government can see this and intervene in property renting. Thats very greedy and selfish of you
