Hoton Construction refuse to pay claims

I bought a stand in 2005, my house was build in 2006, I moved in on the 21 of September 2006. There was alot of things that still needed to be done. I spoke to Leon about it, he said that I must send him a list of the things that needs to be done. He send a man by the name of Herculis to do the job. Herculis filled my front door with pieces of wood, he did not do all the things that needed to be done. I submitted my claim again in October 2012, now Leon is saying that I owe them money, and if I do all the extras myself they will credit me than I don't owe them anything
