I had received a mail regarding payment for re-instating my lease. which i had applies for a 24 month as per my application. non the less that was resolved by Theresa Clitheroe. She had given me further advice regarding the situation and was very understanding and gone further suggesting that i could request for a lesser increase which she had done. I am very greatful for her efficiency and resolving skills. one does not always get the opportunity to receive this kind of service. Thank you.
